Our mission is to empower people to support the development of feminist behaviors in Algramo, promoting good practices and educational content.
We are in charge of ensuring the care and respect of the members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as supporting the education and awareness of these issues for the entire organisation.
We have the objective of caring for the balance between the personal and work life of our people, creating spaces for self-care and enabling good work practices.
We are responsible for promoting citizen education, encouraging political participation, dialogue, activism and also various cultural activities.
We are in charge of ensuring that people have the opportunity to laugh, play and share moments of relaxation within working hours.
